7.5-Magnitude Earthquake Strikes Eastern Indonesia

TheIndonesia.co - A magnitude 7.5 earthquake struck eastern Indonesia on Tuesday, December 14, 2021. The epicenter was north of the island of Flores in East Nusa Tenggara province.

The quake sparked terror after hitting at approximately 11:20 AM local time. Indonesia's Meteorology, Climatology, and Geophysical Agency (BMKG) warned of a "potential tsunami" before lifting the threat.
