The video shows the story of a truck driver who feels annoyed by a police officer who stopped his truck because of a traffic violation. Instead of getting a ticket for paying a fine, the police officer asked him to exchange the ticket with a sack of shallots, his truckload.
"I got a ticket but I was asked for a sack of shallots by the police," said the man whose voice is recorded in the video.
He showed the police officer who ticketed him. The officer puts the shallots on his black motorbike. "I offered him (money) one hundred thousand (rupiah), but he didn't want to. He asked for a sack of shallots," he said.
