Speaking on Tuesday, KPK spokesperson Budi Prasetyo said any decision to summon witnesses would depend on investigators' needs rather than an individual's employment status.
The panel will be chaired by Hardi Mulyana, with Catur Irianto and Hotma Maya Marbun serving as associate judges.

The investigator today altered Johnny's status from witness to a suspect and he will be detained for the next 20 days at the AGO's detention place.
